My husband loves pizza and Friday night seems the perfect night to order in after a long work week. Because we've been dissatisfied with the pizza shops in our neighborhood, I've been having fun making my own. It's actually pretty easy ... a little extra time is needed for the dough to rise ... but that gives you time to relax, have a cocktail (or two!) and decide which movie you're going to watch.
